Jake with Prime Motors took great care of us from beginning exploration all the way through the purchase of a great vehicle; my wife is over the moon with it. He was thorough, responsive, respectful, and knowledgeable with the whole experience. He also ended up purchasing our incumbent car and offered more than other Twin Cities-based larger dealers. 5/5 stars for sure, I'd happily purchase from him again in the future.

Jake made our Out of State purchase seem effortless. He is great at communicating and even though we set up our own transport, he reached out to us to make sure we had received our vehicle.
